These mini-murals, created with Brighter Planet were painted by volunteers over two days at the annual Washington DC Greenfest. The murals, intended to raise awareness about the concept of "Carbon Footprints", drew help from children and adults of all ages. Using eco-friendly paint, they reflected on the effects of their actions upon their imprint on the planet, while Brighter Planet helped them to consider ways to manage and reduce their carbon footprints. The following year, ClimateChangeArt returned to the DC Greenfest with Brighter Planet. This time, ClimateChangesArt brought an early version of their Carbon Cube, and helped participants to visualize the scale of the volume of CO2 produced by some of their everyday actions.
