This bus was painted for the Burlington, Vermont crepe restaurant: The Skinny Pancake. Specializing in delicious crepes made from entirely local ingredients (except the sugar and vanilla) these crepes find sustainable ways to support local agriculture. Even their delivery bus, this snappy converted school bus, runs on waste vegetable oil. By diverting fuel from the waste-streaming, and converting it into fuel - this is truly a zero-waste, closed loop system.
